Could I save by switching energy suppliers?
Although all businesses are different, it's worth investigating if you could save money by comparing unit rates and standing charges as well as monthly and annual cost projections. It is difficult to say if, or how much, your business could save, because quotes are dependent on estimated annual consumption (EAC) and the size and type of business.
You also need to consider if you are coming out of a previous multi-year "fixed" contract that was based on costs from several years ago. Prices, as you will appreciate, have increased quite considerably. So its all about comparing todays supply prices.

How long does it take
to switch energy suppliers?
The end to end process from agreeing a new contract with us to being live on supply should take no longer than three weeks. Or if it's a future date it will start to supply on the desired date.
To make things simple and straightforward, by providing us a previous bill to confirm a postcode, your address and input your business energy use and meter number we can ensure the accuracy of new details..
We can ensure all pre-checks are complete, will run a "soft "credit check to see if your business is eligible. This is normal and most business energy supplies will do this. Once completed you just need to select a start date you require (up to 150 days) and we’ll set up an energy account for you.

We'll sort out the rest, such as speaking with your current business energy supplier and arranging for the switch to take place, so you can get on with your important job of running your business.
What should I do if I'm moving premises?
If you're moving into premises, not supplied by one of our suppliers, we have a range of business energy tariffs to suit your business needs. All you need to do is agree to a new contract by getting a quote and will sort out the rest.
If your current premises are already supplied by us, or one of our providers, you can simply take it with you. Just give us a few details and we'll make sure your business energy is moved across accordingly.
